PA52.1 Upload error message: Field must be left justified

I am trying up upload a personnel action to PA52.1. I get the error message
Field must be left justified

I have done these before with no issue. This is the first time I got this error message. How can I tell which field it is talking about?

Try looking at the add-ins log file. On windows 7, it should be in C:Program Files (x86)Lawson SoftwareOffice Add-insLoginDir

I checked it out. No error log. Only file there was LoginHist.nbp

That you all for your help. Here's what I found:
I saved the excel file as a csv and opened it in notepad. That allowed me to see that one column (a date field) had a space in front of the date. Once I got that blank space out and saved the file. The upload worked.
