LTM : TA Tables with Crystal Reports

We are tranisitioning to LTM and are trying to write crystal reports using the new tables, however having some issues. Is anyone familiar with the following:

What tables and linking would I need in my query to return the correct “SOURCE” that a Job Applicant used? Additionally, this Job Applicant was hired and therefore FILLED a Job Requisition. The second part of this query would also need to provide the filled JobRequisition number, so proper linking back to the specific Requisition is also a requirement.

What table holds the “Posting Status Display” as seen in the LTM Recruiter Space/Requisition/Job Posting?

Any information is appreciated we have tried many options and cannot seem to get the correct data.

The CANDIDATE table has all candidate personal information. field CANDIDATE is the unique id, that links to the JOBAPPLICATION table, to show all applications they have applied to. SOURCE is a field on the JOBAPPLICATION table. the field SELECTIONPROCESS tells what status the candidate is at for that application. In the JOBAPPLICATION table, the field JOBREQUISITION is the unique job id that links to the JOBREQUISITION table which has all the Req information. The JOBPOSTING table, linked by the field JOBREQUISITION, shows the POSTINGSTATUS field, which is a number, but you just do a case statement to map to the correct text.
