Dependents Benefit record not appearing in HRDEPBEN table.

Has anyone experienced an issue where the dependents record does not appear in the HRDEPBEN table in the database?

I have always retrieved the dependent data from this table in order to create a flat file for our insurance vendor. But it appears that this year I have records missing from this table. It does not appear to be consistant, I have about 20 dependents that are missing various start dates (Medical, Dental or Vision) from HRDEPBEN. Some dependents appear with one plan but not the others, some are simply missing one plan.

When I look at the HR13.3, the dependent appear with a valid start and stop date, but they are missing from the HRDEPBEN table.

Any idea on where Lawson is pulling these start and stop dates from if they don't exist in HRDEPBEN?

I submitted an incident, but it's been a week and I still have no response yet.

We have not noticed any missing dependent benefit data..
HR13.2 is showing HRDEPBEN table according to the table identified when I use 'CTRL Shift O' ... fields are showing in HDB prefix... which is HRDEPBEN.

We have located the issue! This was caused by HR staff manually adding dependents to employees record. Apparently on HR13.3 they were not actually adding the dependent to the plan, there was no asterisk next to the dependents name indicating they were not yet enrolled to the plan. Once HR added the dependent to the plan, the asterisk appeared and they now appear in the HRDEPBEN table.
