Changes to LP

We need to make a changes to our cycle based accrual table. We need to add another cycle that will take effect for any new hires as of a certain date. We do not want any calculations to change on any of our current employees that may fall within the new cycle. How best to make that change?

If I understand you correctly, your current employees will remain in the same structure you have today but new ones will accrue differently. I believe you will need to create a new structure (employee) group to include HD after a certain point and change your existing structure(employee) group to include the HD criteria as well. Same plan, different structure groups - they may even share many of the same rules with the exception of the accrual rule.
