LP - New 2016 Accrual Limit
We are reducing our paid leave accrual limit from 400 to 300 hours effective Jan 1, 2016.
Employees who have a balance above 300 at year end will have till end of June 2016 to use amount over 300. I need to figure out how to set up LP plan to accomidate this change.
I looked at using Carryover functionality but, after reading about it in the User Guide, it will not work for us. Does anyone have any ideas?
