ILM Admin
1. Issue: Assigning permissions to Manager through SOAP UI does not consistently apply to NextGen.
- Resolution: New webservice method has been added to support NextGen permission group.
2. Issue: The system displays error when search filters are used in Users landing page.
- Resolution: Search filters narrow down the users successfully.
ILM Portal
1. Issue: A "Could not find requested program." message is displayed when a manager opens a certification program from the Employee Profile page.
- Resolution: A manager is now able to navigate to the certification program of the employee successfully.
2. Issue: A user is no longer part of distribution group but the "View Profile" page still displays otherwise.
- Resolution: Data cleanup was implemented so the user is no longer displayed as part of the distribution group.
3. Issue: When a file is downloaded from Resource page, its filename is different from the actual name displayed on the page.
- Resolution: Filename of downloaded resource is the same with the actual filename displayed on the page
4. Issue: When more than one user has the same email address and the Reset Password function is used, the reset password notification is issued to the primary user account.
- Resolution: The password reset email will now contain the correct user information that was provided in the forgot password page.
Content Creator CE
1. Issue: Incorrect calculation of data in Scores - by User Report
- Resolution: The accurate score is now reflected on the report based on the correct number of questions passed by the user.
Known issues
- E-meeting facilitators whose name was populated when creating a WebEx meeting, are not able to launch WebEx. The workaround is not to populate the facilitator name.
- Translation discrepancies on the Calendar page.
- The "Allow Manager to manage credits for this event" toggle is added under Event Options but not applied to Event Template.
