I made a user action extension that extends Promote so that I can allow a manager to click a flag to select if their employee is working 80% or 100% remotely. I tied this action to an immediate approve flow so the change happens without approval from HR.
When the manager submits the action, many of them get a warning saying that the employees pay is out of range. The manager can click 'ok' to get past the warning and the action is submitted. What is weird is that it does not appear the employee's pay is out of the range - so why is the warning happening?
Is there a way to bypass this warning all together?
