Writing 0 or delete values - settings and applications behavior

There is often a question - what should we do when users enter zero into the solution. The answer is system can either delete the value from the database or write value '0' instead. While use cases can be different, a good practice is always try to remove the value. This way system will store less values, which means less space is taken, faster filters and faster Business Rules. Still, sometimes we need to see 0 as value '0' and then system should not remove the values.
To manage these use-cases please check attached document how system reacts to entering 0, deletion of the values, depending on the global settings from Repository.
