BSI is indicating that TaxFactory 11.0.xx requires either Java 8 and above and Tomcat 8 or above.
Oracle has moved Java to a subscription with some specific forced upgrade requirements.
What versions and distro of Java are people using?
I have been using the Amazon Coretto 8 for all of my Infor product installs
We were using Java 7 and Tomcat 7 for BSI TF10x, but needed to upgrade both before I could install TF10x3 for year end. Looking at the documentation I saw that only Tomcat 8.5 and Tomcat 9.0 are supported for TF11, Tomcat 8.0 IS NOT SUPPORTED for TF11.
I chose Tomcat 9.0 and Adopt Open JDK/JRE 11 to "hopefully" simplify my journey to TF11 in the next couple of months. Got rid of a Java license and Coretto is not technically supported (yet) by BSI.
