We are experiencing a increase in our LOA claims due to COVID - I'm sure many of you can relate. We outsource our LOA with a third party vendor however, we are finding that we are still managing a majority of our leaves ourselves. We are tracking all of our leaves using a excel spreadsheet but the volume of leaves we are experiencing makes this very hard to manage. Has anyone been able to find a viable solution in Lawson that can help us better manage the leave process due to COVID? We have looked into LP51 but are not currently utilizing it. We are trying to determine if LP51 is a better way to manage leaves than an excel spreadsheet. thank you for any help in advance!
