lock in letter with new 2020 tax information

We are having trouble with our lock in letters on PR14.2  We have one that is wanting the PR13.2 to have tax info 2 - form 2020 and multiple jobs yes

We input that into PR13.1 and then go to PR14.2 to lock in via the normal process.  When we return to PR13.1 tax info 2 is now missing the 2020 form and multiple job yes

Anyone know how to make this work????

Are you entering a 'C' in the Function Code field?  That's the main thing most are forgetting to do when making changes on PR13.1. ;-)
