Payroll YE Patching #2 - JT-1399872

We received notification of another release of patching for Payroll year end. The description looks like it is mainly for Puerto Rico but it also lists PRYECOMMWS - 2021 Rates and Limits. Does anyone know if this applies to Puerto Rico only? This patch preview shows that it is compiling our HR11 and we don't want to apply it if we don't need to.

Happy New Year Deanna, here is what is changing. I think it is a US change, not just a Puerto Rico change.

I would preview it and see if it updates any programs you use. Deanna mentioned that their HR11 is being recompiled.

As noted on the screen shot above, because not all of the rates and limits were available at initial release, they are all updated in the V2 (not just the RRTA). So yes, this would be a highly recommended patch.

Hi, FYI the PRYECOMMWS file is used by the PR287 for the schedB printfile. I put a ticket in last week for the PR287. This was the reply.

"“the 2021 Rates and Limits have not been released yet - this updates the PRYECOMMWS table which is what PR287 schedule b uses. This will be in an upcoming post GA update..For now the schedule b will appear blank. “

Support just added to the KB 2163855, it states what the patch updates.

KB 2163855 does not show what is in the Document attachment above for PRYECOMWS. Just that it changed. I don't like how the information in 67568 is not in 2163855. Too many places to track.
