Process Flow - pulling action requests based on a particular date

I need to provide a feed of personnel changes that will be effective the next day.  I need to provide data on the change to be fed to our Active Directory and other downstream systems to automate user updates.  We are using Imprivata to automate these updates.  What business class/fields do I use to query (using Landmark Transaction node I assume) to find what hires, transfer, terms, etc) will be effective on a given day?  Infor GHR support referred me to EffectiveDatedGroup business class but I am having trouble linking that back to an action request.

Maybe try EmployeeTransactionHistory? That's the business class that is driving the content at HCM > Administrator > Reports > Employee History > Employee History > Transactions; future effective dated records are available here.
