BN103 Deleting Future Enrollments

We ran BN103 to stop 2020 benefit enrollments. This worked well for us in the past. This year, it stopped the 2020 benefit plans but also deleted 2021 enrollments if the enrollment was different/new from 2020. Anyone else see this? Thoughts on how/why it occurred? Thoughts on how to fix? I fear we have to fix all these by hand. Luckily, we have a dump of the elections prior to when BN103 was run.

Hi Tammy, I noticed this behavior as well, and at tjme I wondered whether it was something new, or if I had just never noticed it before. If you check the BN103 report, it even tells you that the enrollment was deleted, so it seems intentional - not a bug. Would you have time to open a case with support and ask them about this, and report back to the community? I am interested in knowing what is going on also. We use BN103 to stop benefits every year. Fortunately, we did not have many employees that we enrolled for 2021 in advance, but I did have to restore those 2021 enrollments manually.

I have the output from last year and this year. Definitely shows "DELETED" for the 2021 enrollments. I too was wondering if it was something new. I can open the incident and report back. Glad it wasn't just us.

I've seen a couple of benefits issues reported here where I was glad to see that it wasn't just me, losing my mind or having a senior moment! Thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of the community!

I run the BN103 before loading in the Open Enrollment elections (through a BN531) because of this.

Our OE elections update immediately so we don't have to run BN531.

We also run BN103 before loading the new enrollments. But with some December new hires and transfers, our benefits administrator just enrolled them for 2021, so they would not have to do 2 enrollments. These were the ones that got wiped out by BN103 for us.
