PR11 Add In for Box 12 Code W

We are trying to load our HSA Employer Contribution values into the PR11 - via Add-in - so they will populate Box 12 Code W on W-2s.  The Data Field is in the PR27, but is not in the PR11.  We do not have these values in our system as our benefits are managed by the state, and data comes to us in an Excel spreadsheet.  We have successfully loaded other benefit values into the PR11.  Infor Support says they also do not see this Data field in the PR11 and are working with development.  Any insights or tips as to how to get this data in would be greatly appreciated!

There is no functionality on PR11 to report flat amounts by employee to Box 12 Code W.

You would need to process PR82 adjustments to get the amounts into the system for each employee, then setup PR27 for the Deduction Class, Deduction Code or Deduction Group in order to report those amounts in Box12 Code W.
