The EEOC will be opening up the EEO-1 surveys for 2019 and 2020 submission by April. For 2017 and 2018, they required Component 2 data (pay data) and due to this, Infor produced patches to update the PA390 to meet the requirements for component 2.
It appears that did not go too well and component 2 will no longer be required, nor is required for 2019 and 2020 submission. Do you all think Infor will produce new patches for PA390 for the newest updates for EEO-1 submission?
I created an incident with Infor Lawson support to ask this info, but that was about pointless, as the person who responded didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about.
