Below is a list of Resolved items from the January 24th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.
Due to technical issues on Thursday January 21st 2021, the Weekly release was moved to January 24th.
In this Weekly release, the issue with Event Completion Deadline discrepancy has been resolved.

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: There is a misconfiguration of Infor LMS Web Services resulting to the failure of GetCourseLevelAssignment method..
- Resolution: Basic Authentication of the web service configuration has been enabled instead of the Anonymous Authentication.
Issue: After a certification is deleted from a Certification page, the Administrator is navigated back to page 1.
- Resolution: The system is now able to retain the current page even after the deletion. This applies not only to Certification but to all the next Gen pages where pagination is applied.
Issue: The HRIS Utility gets an error caused by uploading a user that has already been associated to a permission group.
- Resolution: The HRIS Utility can now process and upload the user data into the system successfully.
ILM Portal
Issue: Learner still receives event completion reminder notifications despite being completed in the event
- Resolution: System is now able to validate the date and the status of the Learner so that notifications will no longer be sent to Learners who completed the event.
Issue: Manager cannot assign users to events that are created through "CreateEvent" method in the Web Service
- Resolution: Events created through "CreateEvent" method in Web Service are now manageable. Manager can also assign users to those events successfully
Issue: When a course has a default event, the Manager cannot enroll a Learner to it.
- Resolution: Regardless if the course has a default event or none, the Manager can enroll a Learner
Enhancements
Added new search filters for the Transcript page
- In the Employee > Transcript page, search filters have been implemented to the manager role. The implemented search filters are identical to the learner role search filters. The impacted tables are Courses, Certificates, and External Test tables.
Added a new completion deadline option on the Event Options page
- A new option, “Apply completion deadline changes to existing user enrollments”, has been added. This option allows the administrator of an event to implement a deadline to the pre-existing enrolled users of an event.
- This option has been added in the Courses > Add New Event page and the Edit Event page. This option is not enabled by default.
- The value of the Completion Deadline field synchronizes the deadline date across the system in an hourly rate from the time an administrator has updated the deadline.
