EE Medicare Surcharge

I am looking to see how others are handling the Employee Medicare Surcharge and the federal separate reporting mandate.Currently BSI is correctly calculating the surcharge when an employee reaches the $200K but how is the information being extracted for quarterly reporting purposes.
