Hello!
We offer 2 health plans to employees and had them prioritized with the lowest cost plan being priority 1 and the other priority 2. After changes made to the plans for 2021, I need to swap the priorities between the 2 plans. I know how to do that and have made the updates on BN15. The problem is that I neglected to make that change before we did our annual Open Enrollment. That means the offers on BN29 for 2021 are showing the wrong plan cost. Does anyone know how to fix it so that our 2021 plan offers have the correct plan cost? I've been looking through KB1650062 and can't seem to find the right article to help me with this issue. I am on Lawson V10. Appreciate any guidance anyone can provide!
