So, I just got alerted that in less than a month, that CA is going to be collecting data much like the EEO-1 report, but include pay data.
The EEOC dropped component two after the 2017 and 2018 filings, but it seems like CA wants its own submissions including the pay data. Is anyone else affected by this? Is Infor Lawson planning to do any kind of patching to support this requirement for CA?
