Has anyone deployed BSI using their SaaS (cloud) Option? If so, what have you discovered are the pros/cons of using the cloud option?

Does 'no response' mean no one out there is using the BSI Cloud option? We are trying to figure out whether we want to go to the BSI Cloud option with the BSI 10 upgrade.

No, we like to test necessary changes prior to implementing them and sometimes we cannot meet the deadlines set by BSI.

No, we decided not to go to the cloud option with BSI. We looked at the numbers and decided it's less expensive if we continue deploying on our servers rather than use the SaaS option. Another reason for not switching to the SaaS option is we are still in control of the timing of the updates.

We tried several times, without success, to implement BSI SaaS. The business model seemed to make sense for us, because we have very limited IT support in house. Unfortunately, BSI was never able to get their TaxLocator feature to work in SaaS. Since we are a multi-state operation, not using TaxLocator was not an option for us.
