Email Payslip - Access to the Path is Denied

Has anybody come across this at all?

We are able to send Welcome and Password Letters, but when emailing payslip we get the following message appearing (see image).

We can write and access the folders and open the PDF's, we can even view from within Opera.

Test Emails can be sent from Scheduler (V2.20.50)

Any advice or help would be grateful.

Morning Mark,  the logon you are using for the scheduler service does not have permission to the Opera data folder and subfolders.
