Has anybody seen this before - any suggestions on how to resolve - all permission and security and install have been verified.
This is 2016 terminal server error only....FACTS 9.3.2 launched fine on FACTS server.
Thanks ! Donna~ Expertek
Donna,
The starting directory was not configured properly on the service. It should be based on your example: d:inforfacts93clientaccesscs
You will need to delete and re-install the service for the changes to take place. Or use regedit to manipulate the directory within the service. If you are not familiar with the registry editor i would recommend using the same icon that you used to initially create the service to delete and then use the same icon to re-install with the correct starting directory.

Josh
Thanks so much !!! Worked perfectly.
