We currently run the BN106 jobs for our medical, dental and vision vendors. All are full files (option 2 - validate on the Run Options tab) and none include termination dates as they are termed by moissions. However, our dental vendor has recently requested that we provide termination dates in the files.
If I look at HIPAA834 layout spec guides, one of the date options for DTP segment in the 2000 loop is 337-termination date. However, the only date-related change I see that could be made was to modify the Employment Begin Date parameter from 1 - 349 only to 4 - 349 & 357, but that didn't work.
I started a case with INfor, but they basically told me they didn't know how to include the termination dates in the files. If this is a standardized output file, shouldn't there be parameter options to include whichever elements apply to your organization's needs/situation?
Can anybody help provide feedback on how to include term dates in these output files?
