Intermittent Error 1426 using POP processing & POP Back to Back Processing

We have 1 customer still running the latest version of OperaII for the next 12 months before Group move them to SAP

1 user who heavily uses POP processing & POP Back to Back processing on a 2012 Terminal Server crashes at least once a day with the same error

They are running in a MS HyperV environment with the Opera data on another child server. We have excluded all the AV and they have plenty of memory and diskspace. We know OperaII is not great with temp files so we clear the temp files down each evening

Opera error log reads

ERROR 1426

OLE error code 0x80070008:Not enough storage is available to process this command

Any suggestions welcome

Do they have Disk Quotas in force on the server ?

I am wondering if it might be to do with the PDF printer (does back to back create large PDFs?) if the user is using the Amyuni PDF printer maybe try unticking that so they are using XFRX instead, which I think is recommended for RDP setups.
