Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: After merging two accounts on which both have Manager role, users that are previously handled by these two Manager accounts are displayed twice in "View Manage Users" page. Moreover, the "Remove Managed Users" page gets an error when the page is navigated.
- Resolution: Duplicate accounts among managed users are handled by the system upon merge of users with Manager role. The “RemoveManagedUsers” page is now rendered
ILM Portal
Issue: System returns an error when searching in the Calendar page through the search box.
- Resolution: User is now able to use the search box successfully
Issue: Enrollment via ADI sends notification to users despite the Notification Event Registration is disabled.
- Resolution: System no longer sends notifications to the users when notification profile is disabled.
Issue: System returns an error when user clicks a WebEx meeting on Virtual Classroom page. Error is caused by wrong credentials of the user.
- Resolution: Instead of displaying the error, the system returns a user-friendly prompt message displaying the cause of the error.
Issue: System returns an error every time Admin generates Ad Hoc Reports. Slowness in rendering the report is also encountered.
- Resolution: Applied indexes in the database to address the slowness when rendering the report.
