When changing a PO price or cost center on a req sending multiply emails to who created req? Any sug

Hi, running into a issue,

Just recently we never use to have this issue, but once a person places a req our buyers sometime has to change the price, cost center or if it is a special. 
Now it is sending emails to the individual who created the req multiple times. 
Any suggestions.

Has a Purchase Order Approval flow recently be added or updated to notify the original requester when a Purchase Order is updated?
