The state of California is now requiring self insurance health plans to submit 1095C information to the Franchise Tax Board. I have been struggling to get assistance with the FTB, and am wondering if anyone has completed their testing and submitted their final information. I have followed the steps I use for the IRS, but apparently that is not working. CA FTB only has three individuals who answer their phone and only ONE ITS person to assist with issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
