Can anyone advise on what types of issues cause web elections made through ess to go to pending in BS31 instead of directly to BS32?

We saw this happen when an employee would use the back arrow for the internet rather than the back button within ESS itself.
Sorry...I meant instead of directly to BN32. :-)
Ditto what CarlaM said. Using the internet back/forward arrows can definitely cause this to happen.
I have seen end users show me what they are doing and found someone right clicking on the screen and using the [Back] on that menu as well. I have also heard reports of the browser crashing as well. I have seen cases this past enrollment period where all benefit elections ended up in BS31 due to an employee group issue. Seems they were permitted to elect a DB plan but they were not in the correct group to do so thus all elections ended up in BS31.
So much fun... JOY!
