You might be double-paying premium on add-on/differential pay codes.
The "Prem Cr" flag in PR20.2 for the FLSA calculation is ignored when a pay code is not included in the HR00 overtime pay class. If you pay differentials at time-and-a-half, the system does not take into account the fact that you are already paying the employee premium pay for that pay component, and as a result it pays that premium a second time in the FLSA calculated premium.
