Custom Document Type name in CMS026 M3, IDM doesn't appear

Hi,

I created a Custom XML structure, from OIS606PF, changing also its DocumentType name in CMS026/F.

With a M3 STD or Custom (not changing DocumentType name) I receive the document in IDM but if I use my Custom in MNS206 ok but I'm not receiving the document in IDM.

I though IDM needs a configuration for my Custom document specifying the DocumentType name, so I did this (I'm not sure if it is right):

1) Copy of DocumentType "Order Confirmation",

2) Created an Business Context model

I did this but still I don't receive the documents in IDM.

I'm receiving just the ones I mentioned above:

Which steps I'm doing wrong? or where can I find a guide to do the correct procedure?

For the moment I don't need the mail.
Here the CMS025

but I don't think is this, because for CUS_STD_01-01 I'm receiving the document in IDM I suppose because of the same DocumentType name

Which xml structure and report layout its showing in the xml file. when we do MNS206/ MNS270->View?

the ReportLayout I set in MNS210: IR_CUS-01-01.

For every Custom XML structure which the Document Type field doesn't change works well, but doesn't for this Custom name of Document Type.
