Try the PAPEPAUDIT table under the PA system code.

Thank you! So does this mean if there is something in this table, the personnel action is incomplete?
If there are records on this table, then that means a field, Status or something else, was updated prior to what is already in the employees Personnel Action History. A PA113 will update/process these records. You will want to be careful though as retroactive processing will overwrite/replace anything that exists in history.
You can review the Personnel Action history, or just look at the HR54 for whatever specific field is going to be updated and wiped out.
