we need to find a tool to manage customer rebates, we have wholes business, do you have any experience and suggestion for a tool to be integrated with M3?
M3 standard is not covering our needs.
We have M3 on premise.

What kind of tool?
What do you mean by 'rebates'? If it's a discount the customer will get based on volume, or different discounts for different volumes, dduring a period of time like quarter, year etc. 'Bonus & Discount' is the M3 module for this.
We use the discount model and discount campaigns to accrue money into different promotional accounts. We use GLS210 and Excel reports to track and make payments out. The only part that is difficult is lump sum rebates, I haven't found a way to do that. If someone has a better way to capture I'd like to hear as well.
You can add some new funcionalities to GLS210 to get that information.
The question is if that will not make the Panel very confuse.
The script can all also generate the Excel You want. If the information is all available.
