Receiving an error while doing a TaxFactory connection Test PRTF.1

We are receiving the following error while running PRTF.1
An error occurred outside of ios while accessing lawson application: An error occurred during application processing.

The lapm log looks like below:

Fri Apr 09 12:16:34 2021: latm (PrcTPCrash): Received death notification of lacobrts, Uid=6, Pid=8760
Fri Apr 09 12:16:34 2021: Program Code = PRTF , DataArea/DataID = TEST
Fri Apr 09 12:16:34 2021: ERROR: Exited with error code 32

Any help is much appreciated.

is this post bsi v11 upgrade? if so there is an lsf patch and ctp that you would need to apply. also there are some setting changes you would need follow.

Also, ensure that you have installed an updated Machine Key. Previous license key (for TF10) don't work in TF11.
