MBM for picking list MWS435PF using OOORTP in CRS928

I successfully set up an MBM and MBMEVENT for document 120 - blank variant. Every time a picking list is printed I get the streamfile MWS435PF in MNS206, as well as the MBM trigger file and the event is successfully sent to MEC. So, all settings to get the flow working are correctly set up.

What I am trying to do now, is to only send an MBM or MBMEVENT when the picking list is for a certain order type. We have many picking lists and I only need the trigger to do something special for a small quantity of picking lists. I saw 3 options:

1) Filter the events in EventAnalytics. However, none of the message key fields contain the information for filtering (order type or dispatch policy). I suppose there is no way to change the message fields of a standard MBM message or event?

2) It is an option to filter out the events in MEC itself, but this is not very performant.

3) I see that OOORTP is available as non-standard Partner Ref Obj in CRS928/CRS947 and then use it in CRS945. However, I cannot get this to work. Does anyone know how to use this OOORTP field?

Or are there any other options to only get a MBM or MBMEVENT when a picking list for a certain order type or dispatch policy is printed?

Hello,

I may be wrong but you cannot modify the MBMEVENT content.

If you are an adventurer, i suggest you to investigate this solution:

1) CMS045 on MITDPR:D

2) CMS042 composite events

Join on MHDISH on F panel, retrieve the dispatch policy (which is tied to your order type)

3) Restart asynchronous job CMS914

4) Buid EventAnalytics rule. I don't know if your are OP or cloud, something like this:

Filter on OQDPOL seems the best way to block the event if not desired:

Publish your event to BODProcessor:

MEC should receive an EventData if and only if your dispatch policy is the one allowed.

The EventAnalytics rule retrieves the composite events coming from M3. You can see the external field OQDPOL coming from related table
