RQC Error Number 16389

This seems to only occur in IE11. We have enterprise mode off. Compatibility view settings are all off. Tried flushing cache and running RQC utilities with no luck. These same PCs work for weeks on end and then get this error. The person can go to another PC and it works. Or on the same PC run Chrome and FireFox and it works. Going thru Ming.le or directly to RQC still fails in IE11.

Anyone else experience this and if so what is the solution?

What version of RQC are you running? I know that RQC doesn't support IE11 until 10.0.5.

this issue occured because of some policies we have turned on. Our desktop group put the RQC URL in a group that ignores the policies - that fixed most of our issues. Then they had to set up rqc to run in IE9 mode in the background - don't know how they did that. All issues are fixed.

We are currently running IE11 with RQC 10.0.2 and S3 9.0.1.7 apps. IE11 has a feature called Enterprise Mode which your systems techs can use to put the necessary changes to the RQC the S3 URLs that will allow it run successfully.

Eloy, do you have more information on how this is set up? We were trying this but haven't gotten it working.

Just curious, what is your emulation document mode set to? I've found that 5 does not display RQC properly but when I change it to "edge" it resolved our display issues.

Despite Infor's statement of browser compatibility, all browsers do not work or work well with version 10. We had problems with IE 10 and 11. Chrome had initial problems, but, works now. Firefox was fine throughout. As a company wide policy, we recommend and support Firefox and Chrome. We do not support IE.
