Translate Action Code to another value in XSLT (ION Mapper)

The Customer Party Master BOD return the action code with values "Add" or "Replace" I need to convert it to Value "Insert" when it comes "Add" form the BOD and value "Update" when it comes "Replace" 

I need to check and convert these values using XSLT Editor ?
