Error on View of Performance Evals on Acknowledge tab

We have had 3 people today report errors when trying to view the PDF (consolidated appraisal) before Acknowledging.

Errors with "This page isn't working right now. If continues, contact the site owner. http error 400."

Our regular eval season is over but these are for 6 month evals.

i have a support ticket open but wanted to see if anyone else has this issue or a ticket open for the same thing.

We did have one config console on the page which just changed the wording for 'consolidated appraisal' to 'view appraisal' as we did that year one on the system because noone understood 'consolidated appraisal'.. We inactivated our config but still same error.

Viewing of historical ones are fine. View the one in 'acknowledge' status as an Admin is fine.. just error when employee tries to view on their own

It appears if you access the Consolidated Appraisal PDF from a List it gets a 400 error but opening the Appraisal itself first and then accessing the Consolidated Appraisal PDF from a Form works. True for you?

We are experiencing the same error, but at a different time. It opens for the manager & employee, but when the HR Admin goes in to give approval, they receive this error if they try and open from the HR Admin inbasket. They can go to Appraisal Maintenance and open the pdf from there and then approve from the HR Admin basket, just can't open from the HR Admin basket.

I'm not sure how you can do this as employee. it is a list view to open the pdf. employees want to read the pdf before 'acknowledging' the appraisal.

The employee opens the record from the list by double-clicking the row or using right-click > Open. Then launch the PDF. They don't need to acknowledge before they want to. It's just accessing the PDF from a different spot for now.

JT-1569839 - Customers were not able to view or download Performance Appraisal Consolidated Appraisal PDFs of due to the WildFly version used by Infor Landmark Technology 11.1. This issue will be corrected with this update.

snip it from email.... A critical fix for Infor Landmark Technology related to JT-1569839 will be included in a zero down time update to all regions on April 28. You will also receive a notification when your region is completed for that update
