PR39

I brought up in our last meeting that we have an issue with PR39. I do not run payroll myself but have learned the issue we have is with the Pr39.2 upload we have set up. I ran the upload in test myself and it appears that the report comes back : Add Complete-Continue. This is the speed entry screen. When I look up after the upload was done, there is no transaction. I wonder if we should have an upload for the PR39 directly, not PR39.2. Does anyone have the excel and UWF to share with me? My email is hboyd@waterburyct.org Thank you!

I am also having this issue with addins to PR39.2. Following in hopes there is a resolution.

We use an upload to PR39 regularly. I emailed the template and uwf file to the email you listed Heather.

I believe that in one of the latest updates, Infor changed PR39 to require you pass the deduction sequence number for all benefit related deductions due to GHR Benefits. There are other threads on the community that discuss this issue and I believe it is impacting everyone that is used to using Add-ins to load.

To test this theory out, you can drill on one of your deduction in PR14 to get the sequence number from the Deduction Master, add this field to your upload wizard and see if it loads successfully.

We ran into the same issue. Infor advised that 3 additional hidden fields are now required on the PR39.2 upload. These are the new fields.

The following is an extract from the Support ticket: the three hidden fields (H),_f58:0,XFER1, (H),_f60:0,SELECTED1 and (H),_f59:0,EFFECT-DATE1. We passed an X for the Transfer and Selected fields and the start date of the employee's deduction for the Effective Date. This resolved our issue.

I also have an upload with the Sequence #. we only have to use that if we are trying to change an entry that is already sitting on PR39 but again, we are not on GHR so that may be moot for any who are.
