The business would like to have everyone renew training all at the same time versus a rolling 12 months. The annual certification feature within certification has limitations for setting deadlines and a maintenance period which we would like to have added under annual certification. When you use the annual certification of Sep 2 and I assign the training this year, the deadline for this training is not set until Sept 2, 2021. We do not want employees to have a full year to take this training, we want to give them 45 days as a deadline.
Work Around:Setup outlook calendar reminders to email employees if training is not done on 15, 20 and 45 days after enrollment.
Proposed Solution:Add more features within annual certification to include deadline and maintenance period.
