What naming convention do others use for deduction codes particularly for tax deductions for states that have alot of local taxes (PA, etc)?

Hi Deanna, On the PR05 we are using the last 4 digits of the BSI code to set it up the deduction. Then on the PR05 under Taxes we link that back to the PR06 for the Tax Authority Name. Hope this helps. Regards, Jim
We have the same problem too, We are running out of acronyms in our PA, In our PR05/PR06 we use Alpha letters then State -ex: NCPA PA 370501 New Castle City (in our description we include the PSD code)
In OH we use the School district code as a deduction code.
