Currently there are not a lot of options available to customize the Manager role (specifically the My Team page) within the Designer mode.
For example, there is currently no way to remove the course completion percentages from the My Team page. After you click on a team member and are taken to their profile, there is a Course Statistics pie chart that cannot be removed either. It would be nice to have the ability to customize these pages and to remove columns and widgets that aren’t used by your company, similar to how you can customize aspects of the Learner view.
Our organization tracks training in a different manner than the Infor LMS, which means that the course statistic trackers are not accurate for our purposes. For example, we assign a number of classroom courses on day 1 of hire, and the employee is to then self-register for an event at a later point. We want the course to appear as “incomplete” even before a user is enrolled in an event, but the Infor LMS will not consider these in the statistics trackers until they’re enrolled in an event, causing inaccurate numbers. Currently we have no way of removing the information that is inaccurate for our company.
