We have premiums that are not FLSA (they are contractual). For example, holiday OT, unscheduled OT, holdover OT (essentially daily) that may or may not contribute towards the FLSA threshold. Does anyone have similar types where the hours and straight portion contribute towards the regular rate but the premium portion does not contribute. I'm looking for the flags you use and what you then load into PR20.3 (if you do). I can't get my PR132 to make sense and I think I'm thinking about this wrong. Any regular rate calc experts when it comes to special premiums? Thanks so much!
