In configuration console, I have conditionally required the QualificationSource field on the EmployeeCredential Business Class, ESSEmployeeCredentialForm Form. When I do this, it requires that I enter a value in the Named Type field QualificationSource or else the drop down values do not appear. Please see attached screenshots. If the QualificationSource field is blank, the List is Blank. If I type anything ("x" in the example), the selections are then visible. I noticed this a while working on a different configuration a few weeks ago so it seems to be common across all Named Type fields when using constraints to conditionally require. Has anybody encountered this before? Does anybody have a workaround or another solution to accomplish this? Please see attahed screenshots.
