hi we upgraded our clients to the latest version of Opera the other week & since then they have the following issue - I just wondered if anyone has come across this?
they ask people to go to the FRONT SCREEN only, not out of Opera completely
they used to then be able to run the allocations routine no problem, butu in the background theres still tons of opera files open meaning they cant do this
Then when she clicks ok on the exclusive access message, it kicks her out saying "unknown member"
If they all quit opera, the problem isnt there.
So naturally the solution is for them to just quit opera, but we got the usual "weve never had to do this & its a pain, so why do we have to do this now etc"
