Requisition Confirmation Emails or Fill/Kill Notifications

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way for Infor to send confirmation emails or kill notifications after requisitions are processed.

We have all of our requesting locations set up as fill/kill. A complaint we often get is that the end user doesn't always know when certain lines/entire orders were killed by the system.

We have multiple inventory locations and sometimes the requisitions will pull from both locations, so the on hand amount that shows in Req Center is not always accurate (it only shows the on hand amount for the "From Location" on their RQ01, but if there is zero on hand there it will move to the next location and pull from there, if it's available, and then finally kill the line if none are available at any location).

Is there any way to have an email sent out after an order is processed summarizing what they ordered and what is being filled (and possibly even where it is being filled from)?

Or is there a way for an email or alert to be sent after any lines are killed by the system? The majority of the killed lines happen once the REQ is processed but occasionally they are killed by the warehouse in WH32. The WH32 kills don't show up in REQ Center when looking up orders but that's a whole different thing.

Children's Mercy in Kansas City is utilizing Cloud Suite. We have a couple of IPA"s that provide this information. One is for requisitions and or PAR replenishment, identifying lines that are killed or partially filled. The IPA sends an email back to an email address associated with the REQ Location, which serves as an email distribution list, allowing the department to have some control over which staff receives the notification.    The 2nd notification is really more specific to what I think of as Inventory Transfers not being completely filled. Department perpetual inventories (Homecare, Heart Center) replenish some of their supplies from our main Distribution Center. We have a similar IPA that is specific to these inventory transfers where all lines are not 100% filled. Again there is a Distribution Email Address tied to each of the Department Inventory Location record that allows that department inventory management staff to determine who receives the email communication.
