Employee Benefit with an amount per hour deduction

I need to create a benefit plan that has a deduction based on a fixed amount per hour. (.20 per hour is deducted for all eligible hours.) I have a calc type of Amount per Hour for the deduction and can make that work, however I don't see a corresepoding contribution type on the benefit to marry the two together. Has anyone created such a plan without a user exit? Thanks.
