ION Data flow don't run on schedule

I have created a data flow to extract data and put on schedule using cron jobs. I had scheduled it for different times from 2 AM till 7 AM, but it wont run during that time.

But when change the schedule for 15-20 minutes from now, it is working fine.

this is on EU cloud.

Can you confirm that the TimeZone is set as expected?

Are you using an incremental state , if so does the data exist for the filter that would be in effect? Maybe reset your incremental?

The Logs in the Enterprise connector would show if the run started and if it failed.

Yes, TimeZone is set as expected(IST, UTC are tested).

No incremental process, it is once a day job that extract data into csv file.

An example where I truncated the left side:
