I am setting up a ION API step in workflow. How can I see the outbound and inbound request content when doing the testing? Is there any log for troubleshooting?

I'm not sure you can see the full payload in a body, but if you want to see the url parameters, you can look in monitoring.
IONAPI => Monitoring => Select Transaction
