I have this error (Address field is required) that is showing up when submit an action and yet no address related field exists on the form. How do I go about chasing this issue down?

This is a nasty one. I have seen this occuring in Transition forms. This occurs even if you make it mandatory on another form. Search if you made it mandatory on the form in any of your other customisations.
LG, adding more context to the issue.
There is Social Security field on the form, the error does not come up if left bank ( it is not a required field). But the error comes up if filled with four or nine digits. It may be a red herring for all I know relative to the SSn field.
